Can foreskin restoration slow down growth?

I’m using tape to increase the length of my foreskin. This means that throughout the day I usually wear tape, pulling my foreskin together from all directions. Could this in some way halt PE progress? I haven’t seen much gains so far and I’m PE-ing on a daily basis. Or could I be a slow gainer?

The extra skin you develop from the FR might make it look like you have no gains, but it wouldn’t physically slow them. Some guys take a while to show any gains, but if you are doing PE regularly, you should see some soon. Good luck.
