Ahh these are tough questions you have. I in months past have gotten nice lig gains from just making a sideways OK grip and pulling straight out doing basic manual stretches at various angles until I would feel a kind of burning/fatigue/soreness in my suspensory lig area located right at the base of the shaft where the pubes begin. After learning through expierence I knew when I felt this feeling gains could be coming and I would rest for the day or sleep and then come back at the stretching either the next day or a day later (these days I stretch every day).
I’ve learned there are two distinct types of soreness you basically want to feel and they are so called tunica/shaft soreness and so called lig soreness. At first I kept doing what I was doing over and over in a cycle to keep getting that lig soreness/fatigue at the base where my pubes start and then over time the soreness kept getting harder to achieve. This is when I resorted to hanging for a while which I learned a lot about and did achieve some good soreness in the ligs again but it wasn’t consitenent (I’m sure the hanging did condition me a little and maybe even I gained a little bit), then after hanging for a while I kept thinking thinking thinking, what was the key to gains I have been missing. Well I knew BIB made crazy gains and he reported of hanging and fatigueing the shaft/tunica a lot as well as the ligs, so I tried to target my shaft with low weight for long hours and heavy weight for short times at many angles (OTS, BTC, OTL, SD, SO, fulcrum SD, fulcrum SO) with the Wench hanger and Piet’s version of the AFB hanger. This was all good for learning pourposes in all but I just felt I could be making much faster length gains then I am currently expierencing and so I kept thinking and finnaly after much reading about the tunica and how it works and others expierecnes with it I went back to manual stretching with a new overhand OK grip and tried tons of V-Stretchs, A-Stretchs with some DLD BLastrers, and Inverted V-Stretchs. Those last manual stretchs I constantly did for a couple days kept consitently fatiguing my whole shaft/tunica as well as even some inside my body (the inner tunica/shaft). Now I have a whole new way to get gains unlike the old cycle of aiming for the lig fatigue and I feel the gains may be limitless now but we will have to see about that of course, I could toughen up after some gains and then need to figure out a way to target my tunica while hanging with heavy weights?
Ok enough of my blabbing, I just thought it would be really helpful to you to know my expierences and make you gain faster. Anyways about your question on the grip I would suggest using a nice overhand OK grip while manual stretching for most manual stretches (there are a few like the 12:00 SU manual stretch that I don’t recommend using a overhand OK grip for ;) ) Now this is key my friend, listen and read very carefully what I am about to say, when you make your overhand OK grip first slide your skin back as much as possible with the fingers of one hand (the hand you won’t be gripping and stretching with) and hold that skin back, now see where the webbing is inbetween your thumb and forefinger of your other stretching hand and try to as perfect as possible place that webbing directly right in the middle of about a quarter to a half inch away from your glans. Next carefully as you learn how to do this pinch the sides of the shaft with your forefinger and thumb of your stretching hand while it the webbing of that hand is still in contact with the top of the shaft then when you feel the pressure/tension on the sides of your shaft from the pinch you just did, close the grip with thumb and forefinger tightly, next if you can try to gently wrap your other fingers around the glans to get a better grip for the stretch. Now finnaly pull your penis straight out in front in you until you feel your dick completely taut (meaning stretched and NOT pliable) this will be when you know you are stretching most effectivley both targeting the ligs and the tunica with I believe the best effort saving you time and speeding your gains.
Your glans/head is going to take a beating, it may bruise, or develop spots, it may discolor really badly, and all this has happened to me but I don’t care because I know when I’m done with the length work I can easily get into girth only work like ULI’s and other little tricks to balloon and enlarge my head healing the discoloration and growing the head bigger. So whatever, that’s up to you to decide if you want to take this risk for the rewards…
As you can see PE can get pretty crazy, it takes skills. It is very much a art form in some sence. I hope you make good quick gains, best of luck to you, god bless. :)
