Can I jelq all day?

Hi Folks, noob here. I was going through some old posts. My question - can I jelq 4 /5 times a day? Like jelq for 3 - 4 mins . Has anyone done this ? Like JAIs

I gain lenght with stretching jelqing and pumping everyday i did this routine

Jelqing 30 min everyday

4 min its short Time to have gains

No rest day

but every dicks are différent

Welcome to Thunders! Yeah, I don’t see why you couldn’t do that 4 or 5 times a day. I do multiple workouts a day. Alexleboxeur94 brings up a good point, is 4 mins enough time? Maybe, maybe not. If you’re conditioned for it, the only real time limit is you. Consider starting here Important Newbie Threads/Info. It’s not a misnomer, the exercises and techniques in the newbie routine has a place in every PE endeavor, regardless of experience level. In the end, do what you can to get the results you want, safely. Being consistent is the real key.

If you have any more questions that can’t be answered in a quick search, feel free to ask in this thread. In 20 some odd years, there’s allot of information available here. Most things have been asked and answered before.

If you’re gonna make it a serious go, consider a progress thread. It’s a good way to keep track of things and purvey information along the way.
