Hey all, I’m not new to PE but do admit I’ve been inconsistent. When I was consistent however (For the span of about a month and a half on the Newbie Routine) I didn’t see even slight differences and felt like I was wasting my time. I would have continued if it weren’t for my lack of privacy but that isn’t an issue now.

I am 21, 6’3, and my erect penis is 6 inches without pressing in. When I look in the mirror it looks disproportionate to my body and I can’t stand it anymore, especially when flaccid. Even when I look down I feel small. It doesn’t help that it seems like everyone I know has a bigger size than me, I watch porn, my balls are big, and I have a mild case of turkey neck on my penis. Absolutely sick of how it makes me feel. It’s even held me back from sleeping with women because of my fear of disappointing them. It probably wouldn’t even be a big deal as I’m confident with practice I could perform well in bed, but as a 6ft plus black guy, the unfortunate truth is that almost everyone expects you to be packing; especially girls my age. Sad thing is that I have no problem attracting women, but I just have little confidence when it comes to the bedroom. I’ve slept with a couple of girls, but haven’t nearly had the experience that I could have by now. I want that to end.

I’m making this thread as a sort of last resort, all in kind of thing. Hearing my story, what are the absolute best methods/options for me. Ideally, I’d just want to reach 7 inches. Maybe even more, but I’d be happy at 7. Can anyone lay out their foundation for success of how they gained? Direct me to some kind of “master plan” routine? I preferably wouldn’t want to buy anything but am now open to it. I understand there are other threads, but I want to hear it from different perspectives. Please help.

If your only goal is length you can just do a Sttetch onlu routine.
I gained over an incb that way, took me less than a year.

Being tall myself I understand where you are coming from. Its even worse being black I would imagine. I don’t understand why some people won’t gain in the beginning. I just started with jelqing in the shower for a couple of minutes and switched to the newbie routine after a month and made great newbie gains. I did everything very light and with a lot of warm up and I didn’t have any expectations. You should put the ruler aside for a couple of months and start over with a light routine.

Yeah, everybody is looking for the fast gains, but for most folks, there is simply no such thing. People also mistakenly believe that “more is better” when it comes to working out, doing too much work and adding more time, reps and exercises when they simply aren’t necessary. Start off slow, start off with a low time, less reps and exercises workout. And don’t expect to see a half inch or a quarter inch a week for six weeks straight. It may have happened for a few guys, but they are the lucky few. It’s a far longer, slower process for most. Learn to enjoy your PE workouts, the way you’d enjoy a gym workout. It should bee something you look forward to being able to do, not a source of stress and dread. You don’t have a deadline to meet.

Huh…6 inches NBPEL is actually way above average. I think most of guys have 4.5-5 inches. For sure, you need to work with your confidence, because you put so much attention to that. You should understand you lack ego and you take opinion and values of other people above your own. But it’s up to you.

If you need only length, then change newbie routine. You don’t need jelqs, if you want, you can do minijelq-stretch. Basically to start 1-1.5 inches under glans and pump blood there. You can see it leads to bigger glans and you can slightly stretch above your erection size length. But basically do only heating, stretching in many directions and maybe kegels. I did something like that at start, and you actually might not see result at first, but then one day you just see it’s bigger. I’m not even sure if that is some kind build up or sudden growth, but I can say for sure 1/2 inch length in half year is possible almost for anyone. Many people see that in 2-3 months. You just had to keep it a bit longer. But second 1/2 inch usually takes much longer. Only lucky people would see that fast, and for most people it’s at least year of dedicated efforts.

So you gain in lenght only with stretch?

Because It’s my only goal for the moment because I’m good with my girth

Most people that gain within the first few months are due to increased EQ. You increase your EQ and you can gain a bit as well just from that. EQ gains are the easiest gains.

My suggestion, newbie routine, but be consistent. Stay on it. Treat it with importance. Consistency is probably the most important thing you can do for PE results.

You don’t mention your girth, but it sounds like you feel that aspect is adequate.

Stretching, extenders, and hanging are what you’re gonna be looking at to gain length.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Stretch only? I’ll have to look into that, but based on the majority rules I might have to stick with the whole routine including jelqing.

That’s fair. Feel like if I maybe kept it up something could have happened by now. Time flies, so I gotta figure my routine out and buckle down.

Glad someone does, and much worse. We’re all expected to be 7 inches minimum, anything less is disappointment unless the woman isn’t very experienced or genuinely likes “smaller” men. I probably definitely should stop focusing on measuring. I’ll keep what you said in mind.

Guess I’m subconsciously creating a deadline for myself. I feel like at any given moment, especially in college, I could have an opportunity to have sex with someone. I think this knowledge being in the back of my head is making me feel like I have to make gains before I’m put in that situation again to avoid disappointment as far as size. You’re right though, I have to lower my expectations as far as the time scale.

Yes, but I figured some people would have a guide online that they’ve followed as opposed to just telling me what they do. I like structure. I don’t want anyone to create a guide for me, but if I was to be directed to a specific one that worked well for an individual in here, I’d love to read through it.

The amount of information can be overwhelming for me at times, and I don’t necessarily know who to trust. That’s why I said I’d like to hear some personal experiences with whatever said person does for gains to come to a conclusion for myself.

You’re absolutely right as far as confidence goes. I don’t understand why I care what others think about me so much, but I do. I definitely have to change that, hopefully before I go back to school. This is the first I’m hearing of mini jelq-stretches. Gonna definitely do more research on it. Thank you for sharing boss.

I did fail to mention that despite the overall size not looking much different, my EQ was definitely much better despite me being so young lol. My erections were super solid and it looked bigger but I knew it wasn’t actually any longer. Your suggestion is noted brother.

Yeah, I’ve never had a problem with my girth. Never measured it properly, but it looks good enough to me. Thanks for the info. To your knowledge what are the best extenders? Or best value rather.

Not what I’m asking for lol. One could simply direct me to a method they followed if they have it. The info is out there, I just want personal testimonies and referrals.

Use the search function and read peoples posts in the in the progress report section as you’ll get a statement of what they do and how well it works for them. Then collate all the info into a plan for yourself, try it, adjust as needed. Read the pinned post on PIs to, teaches you how to adapt
