Can life long Blantitis / Phimosis from never retracting foreskin during masterbation as well as bathing caused my penis to be restricted from growing.

Until age 17 id never retracted my foreskin, only ever pulled it the otherway to stay covered. I finally got it checked out where I found it was covered and glued in crusty smeg /cum/ debris.

I haven’t noticed any penis growth necessary, I have noticed length increase however my girth is so thin, my glans look like they have grown however everything behind the head looks as if its been short changed. I am 4 inch girth behind head, 4.2 mid and 4.5 base with 6/7 inch length.

I started growing pubes at around age 14/15 and am now aged 21.

I do not feel like I ejaculate an adult amount either as well as prettty much never cum shotting.

Do you think I have ruined my own penis from my ignorance? Do I maybe have more time to grow due to being a late bloomer?

No, there is no correlation retracting and not retracting the foreskin related to any kind of growth in the penis. In fact the skin grow alongside the penis. Phimosis is until now not correlated as hindrance for penis growth. I understand why you think that, but you shouldn’t.

Maybe you should see a doctor if you have any doubts regarding being a late bloomer.
