I was lurking at another PE forum. Not sure if I can post names, but it starts with a C and ends with a Y. :)

They recommend routines something like this.

Stretching 5 min.

100 jelqs.

3 days/week.

One guy posted that he was doing stretches for 30 min, and everybody freaked out saying to cut it back to 5 min or else he would not gain anything because of overtraining. What’s your opinion on a short 3 day a week PE program like they talk about? Do you think it’s possible to gain from this?

There is only one thing you can grow with very little effort and that is, fat.

Technically thats my routine right now, 1 day on 1 day off wet jelqing in the shower, and stretches when i think about it, wont start really grinding till my hanger gets here. You see my start date, since then i am now 5.65” BPEL and 4.6” EG

It depends on who you ask. I see all the time on here of guys doing upwards of 300-500 jelqs a day. I personally never do more than 100 a day and it is simply because I go until I feel the maximum stretch before it starts hurting. Anything more is just beating a dead horse. Sometimes it only takes around 75 for me to get there. But I have had pretty decent gains over the last few months with limited work. Right now my entire routine is cut down to 100 dry jelqs and 45-60 minutes of clamping everyday. I am going to start doing a little bit of manual stretching BTC next month but not more than 10 minutes a day.

The time you spend depends on your comfort(or discomfort) level. Do not overtrain or you’ll injur yourself. Short training sessions are ok, but you’ll need to increase the frequency of training. Three day is no good, and you’ll need to do that set of exercises atleast twice a day. At the end of the day, even a short exercise session, while not drastically affecting size gains, but will better your penis health. Find your own method, everyone has their own style, which may not fit your time availability, or preferences.

Personally I do stretching in each direction for 5 min each, kegels at any opportunity, and 30 min jelq. I try for everyday, but atleast 5-6 day a week. Don’t forget to warm up,shower or hot wrap, and massage at the end with good lotion.

3 days a week didn’t work for me. But I still think moderation is important. Try it for a month or two and see for yourself. Maybe it’s going to work for you.

I am not very consistant with my P/E like maybe 2 days of or a day or 2 on depends when I can get private time too .

But with all the gaps inbetween I have seen gains in almost 2 months I’ve gained like 2,5cm thats like close to an inch in length

I used to be 12,8 cm I am now at 14 cm and I’m not even that hard

So I don’t personally think one needs to work very hard to get gains (but thats my opinion )

Hoping to get to 15 maybe 16cm

I began with a very minimal routine and got excellent newbie gains. I think advice to err on the side of doing too little vs. too much when starting is sound. Later you can bump it up if necessary.

Too many guys want to start out by beating their dicks to death. It’s the “If a little is good a whole lot more should be a whole lot better” syndrome. If only PE were so easy…

Ok I realize you’re not working out a muscle when you jelq, but would the same principle from muscle building apply? Muscles need rest, that is why you work out a different muscle group every time. So wouldn’t your cock need rest after a PE session for at least a day to rebuild?

What kind of discomfort “should” be felt towards the end of a wet jelq session? Is it skin soreness from friction? Or some kind of internal soreness or tightness from the blood doing it’s thing?

I don’t ever feel skin friction even with dry jelqing. The soreness I get would be closer to the type of muscle pain you experience after working out. Not exactly, but that would be my closest example. Also I guage it by how my dick looks about 30-60 minutes after. If I am still engorged (about 50% hard) and have a few tiny red dots on the tip that go away after a few hours, then I know that is perfect for me. If there are a lot of dots on the head then I know I’ve done too much. You can only really know how your dick will react after a couple months of doing this everyday.
