What do you think? ~720 Jelqs p.d.[60s/5s.p.j.=12jpm*20*3]is substantial. Perhaps a rest day here and there? I don’t really know offhand what your PE background is, but you’re yanking your crank pretty hard for an apparent newb [assuming based on your join date]- heck you’re yanking it pretty hard for anyone.

Think of PE as a marathon- no, think of it as an ultramarathon, with the objective to go for as long as you can not just as much as you can.
