Can You Still Do PE If You Had Penis Surgery In Past?

Can You Still Do PE If You Had Penis Surgery In Past?

I’ve been telling my friend about this and he’s interested but he had seen a surgeon named Dr. G about 15 yrs ago for penis enhancement. He said they had cut his suspended ligament (ouch) and then had to use some kind of traction device, I’m assuming an extender of some sort. He said it was a complete waste of money.

So he’s wondering if extend/hanging/pumping can work for him instead as I told him I’ve been seeing some gains after 2.5months.

The people who had a penis surgery and discover thunders after that are so unlucky. Penis surgery seems so painful and useless. I still cant believe those surgeries are legal. For your answer I don’t know I believe 1 guy on this forum had a penis implant and asked the same question. He then removed the implant and 1 year later he couldn’t do exercises for PE. So 15 years seems enough restore time unless he got a implant that is still inside his penis.

Start: 15.1cm BPEL

Current: 16.9cm

Final goal: 7 inch

No, he said he had his suspended ligament cut, I know. He’s so mad, it was 12k! I told him at best he can probably still do girth work but he wants both. Yeah, I found out about this site n reddit a few months ago because I too was looking into penuma but with his experience n reading on half the people not happy with their penuma experience, I didn’t want to gamble a small fortune myself. 3 months later, gained .25in both length and girth with ADS/hang/pump. So obviously he wants to try as well.

About a year and a half ago I was in an ATV accident where my pelvis was shattered and my urethra was severed. I also sustained a lot of nerve damage, which left me with E.D. A few months ago I had an implant installed. I wasn’t prepared for the results. I lost about 2 1/2 inches in length and a lot of girth. I went from about 7 1/2” to 5”. The only good part about it is my flaccid length is also 5 and it doesn’t shrink when it’s cold. So I still show a presentable bulge in my pants.

I read a report that suggests some of the length could be restored with the use of a vacuum pump. I’m not sure what kind of results I am going to have because, against my wishes, the doctor used an implant that doesn’t expand in length or girth, for which I am pissed off.

I experience about a half inch in length and increased girth when I pump but it doesn’t last very long. But I am keeping my fingers crossed that I will start seeing more permanent results.

If he cut his suspended ligament he cannot have lig gains, that means any stretch and hanging. But he still can have tunica gains such as stational extenders, clamping, pumping.
What is his situation? Size?

Rotated Penis? Unbalanced Ligaments? Lack of Gains through Manual Routine?

Short answer, yes it should still work for him. But he should approach with caution.

Cutting the suspenslry ligament is a legitimate surgery for PE. One of the main things we are doing, with stretching exercises, is to try to make the ligament longer. By surgically cutting it, it’s. I longer an impediment to penile length. So theoretically he could see length gains easier than the rest of us.

But he needs to be careful because there’s been aftermarket modification, so he could be more easily injured.

I say go for it, but start more gently and don’t advance strength/weight too quickly.

He said he’s around 5in erect in length, don’t know girth

He wants to hang and ADS like me so I’ll let him know to take the hanging slow then.thanks!

You should still be OK. Just use heat before you pump n if I can, use a heat pad while you pump, put it around the cylinder, it’s a game changer. Also, do some tunica stretching like bundled stretches, erect bends, flaccid stretches before you pump as well. I also do some jelq in between sets a little when I’m all done.. Good luck

So he had a question.. Since he doesn’t have his lig anymore, will his length mainly just come from him stretching the tunica? N also since he doesn’t have ligs, he will probably not need to ever go up to high weights, like over 10-12lbs? He got excited when he read that he might actually get gains easier, like maybe it wasn’t a total waste of $, lol.. Are you in medical field?
