Five years ago I started doing P.E. And managed to gain 1 cm girth (EG) and 1.5 cm in length (BPEL); Took me almost a year to achive these results. However I had to stop due to not having much free time. I started again 4 months ago but no luck.

My routine was:
- 10 min(warm up under shower);
- 4 Jelqs - with 90% erection;
- 20 Jelqs (slow) - with 60% erection;
- 10 min(warm down under shower);
- 4 days on 2 days off.
- (takes me about 10 min)
- No stretching because I am satisfied with my length for now.

After 1 month of no gains I increased to:
- 10 min(warm up under shower);
- 8 Jelqs - with 90% erection;
- 40 Jelqs (slow) - with 60% erection;
- 10 min(warm down under shower);
- 4 days on 2 days off.
- (takes me about 15-20 min)

Again after 1 month of no gains I increased to:
- 10 min(warm up under shower);
- 10 Jelqs - with 90% erection;
- 60 Jelqs (slow) - with 60% erection;
- 10 min(warm down under shower);
- 4 days on 2 days off.
- (takes me about 20-30 min)

Again no gains but I feel my penis needs some rest. No morning wood and my erections are getting weaker..
Any thoughts on what should I do next? I really want to increase my girth.

Have you thought about trying pumping? Pumping can be very girth oriented with the proper equipment, and it’s a lot safer than clamping provided you don’t go too high on the pressure.

First and foremost, you should rest up until you are getting good strong erections again. Then, you should start stretching, Just two cycles of five direction stretches. Thirty seconds in each direction, left, right, up, down, and straight out. That’s just five minutes. It isn’t going to suddenly make your dick grow longer. It will stretch and soften the tunica layers, allowing for greater outward expansion when you are jelqing. Forty or sixty jelqs isn’t going to do much. I personally would scrap the few high erection jelqs and try to do two sets of fifty jelqs. Or go right for a hundred in a row if you can maintain the right erection level. If your jelqs are three seconds each in duration, that comes out to roughly five minutes of jelqing. That’s still only ten minutes total workout time, not counting warm up/down. After each cycle of four days on and two off, add twenty five to fifty jelqs to your routine. Let that be dictated by your PIs. Be patient. Girth takes a long time, at least it always has for me.

Draculas_son, yes I thought about trying pumping but it requires equipment so that is a no go for now.

Raybbaby, I will definitely try your suggestions. However if I may ask, how is my penis fatigued yet it didn’t grow at all?

If you got 1 cm in girth gain in a year, or even over a lifetime, I’d say you’re in the top percentile. I’ve seen very few before/after progress pictures that demonstrate ANY girth gain, the main place I see girth gain is in people’s stats at the bottom of their posts. And 99% of those guys have no before/after pictures. Go figure.
