Can't seem to gain any girth
Posting in the newbie forum because 1) this is my first post and 2) while I’ve been doing PE exercises for quite some time now, I’ve never gone hard into it.
For about ~2-3 years I’ve been going on and off with the following routine:
- Warm up with hot towel for about 10 minutes until my member feels very warm to touch, like the temperature of a hot dinner plate
- Stretch for roughly 5-10 minutes
- Quick warm up again so penis doesn’t get cool before jelqing
- About ~30 strokes of wet jelqs. Each stroke taking about 2-3 seconds.
That was apparently enough to get me some length gains over the years that I’ve been pretty happy with. I started out 5.5 BP length and 4.0 girth, and now I’m >6.5 BP length. But my girth hasn’t gained much. It’s maybe 4.1 now, which still isn’t great.
I read that dry jelqs are better for girth, so lately I’ve been doing those and I do the same warm up routine above, but each stroke takes about 5 seconds instead. I’ve noticed that these wear out my dick more, and I have to give it ~2 days rest before I do anything again.
Anyone have any suggestions on how to focus on girth? I’m pretty happy with my length atm. Maybe after I get some girth I’d want more.
