Cementing gains from stretching
I understand the principle behind cementing gains maid from jelqing and the like, but what I don’t’ get is how you can make permanent any gains made from stretching.
I mean, all your really doing is making a particular ligament more flexible, and, if you where to stop stretching that ligament (As is true for all other ligaments and tendons in the body) wouldn’t it revert back to it’s natural state?
Also, how many people here have actually “cemented there gains”, and then stopped totally all PE (with exception of kegels) for over 6 months, and seen no reduction?
