Girth, I find this very interesting.
I agree pelvic floor exercizes are very helpful to improve EQ. I regularly do kegels and even used a TENS device during pumping which I believe helped me strengthen these muscles, along with regular kegels etc. I have also engaged in ball stretching using increasingly heavy split scrotum weights which have significantly strengthened my Cremaster (the this muscle sheath that extends over the entire ball sack and around the base of the penis. I am not sure but suspect that this also somehow helps strengthen the pelvic floor muscles perhaps in a mild way’. I also now have lower hanging balls which I find helps in my PE exercises.
However I am curious about the original ‘soft glans’ question. I assume the guy is able to get a hard erect penis but with a soft glans or is this really only a case of a not really hard erection?
One way of getting a harder erection and a glans is to wear both a cock ring at the base and a separate glans ring (the one with the small ball that fits near the frenulum). This may help and the glans ring will give extra stimulation during sex which help keep it hard. A note of warning though it is not a good idea to wear such rings long term and I would recommend a limit of 30 minutes.
Another way of getting better better EQ (and a hard glans) is to get fitter and do more cardio work. For those of us who are not fitness freaks the promise of better sex is a great stimulant to do more cardio.
