Clamp vs jelq

Been reading a bit and I’m fairly new to this, been doing for a month and already gone from 5.5” in length to almost 6” now fully erect. And girth about .5 increase. I have been doing jelq exercises dry and wet but been reading on the clamp method and it seems to do the same job. So my question is can jelq be cut out completely and replace with clamping. Since it seems to do the same thing to increase girth. Also what method do most of you prefer on stretchering using a hanger device or manual stretch? Thank you

Well, these are mentioned many times here. What you have to do is to stick with your jelqing routine at least three months before starting clamping. I believe you know why.

Some PEers jelq and stretch before clamping too. To answer to your question, you can stop from jelqing and start clamping as you wish, but you know what? The great routine for great gain is made by a good combination of PEing routines. For example, start stretching, then jelqing and finish by clamping, etc.

I’m still faithful with manual stretching and V-stretch since I don’t want to spend any penny for any PEing devices.

No he cant, hes only been PEing for a month. His dick wont be conditioned. He needs a t least 3 months of jelqing to get conditioned before even thinking of clamping.

He needs to research and READ.

I prefer manual stretching. I cut out jelqing a long time ago and replaced it with clamping, with good results. But why do you wonder, first reach 3 months of continuous PE and then wonder about this.

Thanks Slack for the clarification. I got it… I didn’t mean that he has to stop jelqing now and start clamping right away. I mean if he wishes to stop, he can and replace his jelqing session by clamping.

real question is: Stretching + clamping more efficient then stretching and jelqing?
