clamping deformation

I wanted to ask a question to anyone who has done clamping. Have you experienced any bends or deformations of your dick in a semi-erect state which go away once you get fully erect? Does that happen only in case of a scar tissue presence or it just shows changes in the tunica structure?

Yeah this happens to me when i pump, clamp then pump. The diameters are not symmetrical throughout the shaft for a time. It goes away after a few hours though.
