Hey, guys!

Did you get the expansion that was bigger than your original girth from the very first time you tried clamping?

Cause I clamped for the second time today and it doesn’t seem to expand more than my original MEG. The head gets a little bigger though I think

I didn’t clamping, but I did my customized way of horse440 (which was in other words a manual clamping) and I did get nice expansion, I was doing a girth routine for 1 month, and was 3 on 1 off, 20 minutes, consisted in jelq with an EQ of 60~80% 3~5 seconds a jelq, and every 4 minutes I do my customized way of horse440 for about 1 minute, and when I did the horse it gave my penis a good expansion in my opinion. My girth is about 14 cm, and I measured it while in the horse440 was about 14,7~14,8cm. After the routine my penis was bulky and maintained a good girth till the next day, I only did this girth routine because I wanted to know what my penis would feel doing some kind of girth exercises, and it is very pleasurable, a joy to do. I did for 1 month, and I’d said I gained 0,2 cm of girth.

I did when i used heat. Without heat it would take 2 or 3 sets of 10 mins to inflate larger than normal.

My experience is the same. It takes me time to expand, typically by the second set. Currently if things are going well I can get to .375ā€-0.50ā€ over current MEG, but typically more on the 0.375ā€ arena.

I am careful when clamping and prefer to take it slow and at the slightest off feeling I immediately back down the pressure. Iā€™d rather progress slowly than risk any injury.

One more question- is going from 12cm to 12.5cm MEG during a set sufficient as clamping expansion? I mean sufficient to make the growth start.
