Clamping gains
I’ve been pe’ing consistently for about 4 months now, just sticking with the basics (20 mins stretching and 30 mins jelq), and haven’t seen much for gains, maybe .5” length and 0” girth, which is my main concern. I think I am going to give clamping a try, inorder to kick start some girth gains hopefully. I’m planning on starting with 3 sets of 5 minute clamps and easing my way up to 10 minute sets. I’m just kinda looking for some experiences/gains with clamping alone. My goal is 7.5x5.5 bp by summer, currently at 7.5x5”. If anyone has some success stories to share, that would be great :)
