Just got my new clamp today, the old trusty cable clamp. I wasn’t convinced initially by the purchase since I couldn’t get the same kinda clamp that could with squeezes. I suspect though that the feeling and swelling that I get from manual squeezing is more due to the rapid build up of lymph fluid that I get from manual exercises. What I mean, is that the clamp allows a more controlled drawn out squeeze without the natural jelqing action that I always take at the end of a squeeze - just feels good;)

As a taster I did 4 x 10 mins, with a rub to get the blood going in between sets. By the end of the fourth set I was seriously getting pumped and it felt great, I could never hold a squeeze that long.

I will definitely be keeping this up, though I think that I need the manual squeezes and stretches to make it complete, nothing is as hard on my cock as I am:)

Thanks to the information from here that made my mind up for me. Wonder how their sales are doing as a consequence. Probably as many dicks to grow as there are hoses to hold, can you imagine the advert on TV.

So what happens if I can only go around 6 minutes clamped without turning dark. I dont get cold, numb, or any tingling just dark and I’m not sure if this is good or not

Not sure about the answer to that but it is painful and it does get dark. However, I think it is pretty straight forward. It is like training, why don’t you just keep running till you drop dead, well you know that there is a point which you shouldn’t go past, and I suspect that the better prepared and the deeper the conditioning you have the further you can push it. Doesn’t really get any easier you just learn how far you can push it, and the more in tune you are the better the results - well that is what I am hoping for anyway…..

Well I just got my second clamping done and i went 7 minutes before it got chilly, it is also very cold in my house and my balls were cold too so i’m thinking that was just suroundings temp, though I didn’t want to risk it.

Yes if you feel that that is what you can handle then stop right there. It seems like this is a lifelong/till you are satisfied with gains hobby, so best not to rush it. I spent a long time doing manual stuff and built up the intensity, like I said just like training. I don’t think that the clamping I did was that tough. I suspect without the ground work it could have been dangerous. Personally I think that the clamping is safer than manual squeezing for me, more controlled…

BTW thanks for advice drilla. I am just going to do what I think my dick can handle and rest when I need to. I feel less tired than I did doing manual stuff so I think I am within my limits.
