Clamping Question

Is it okay to manually stimulate myself while clamping to keep my erection level up? I usually have a hard time staying completely hard without some type of stimulation. Also, after how long does clamping usually start to result in gains if done 2-3 times per week.


Starting size: 6.5 BPEL 5.1 MSEG

Goal size: 7.6 BPEL 5.6 MSEG

stimulation is fine. I personally also do kegels while clamping. Results in my case happened fairly quickly. 2-3 months.

I’m trying this clamping thing too, dude. I know how to do it and I’m having the same issue with maintaining. I can’t find anything to wrap my dick with and it’s annoying! Kegels sounds like a good idea, religion, I’m gonna try that. :)

Hey Naked Tomato, you should get a small mesh running sock that only covers your foot and use that to wrap next time. It has worked pretty well for me.

You don’t HAVE to maintain a full erection for the entire set. As long as you clap off engorged, you can let it subside.

Sounds good. I’m actually seeing some improvement. I’m gonna try this as an experiment. :)
