Clamping without discoloration

Hi guys I have a question . What is the approximate time that I can use clamping when 100 erect without getting discoloration ?

5 minutes less or more ?

Or It is better to try not to clamp so hard ?

I’ve clamped for several 10 min sets at a time without permanent discoloration. Just use heat and stay warm throughout your sets and do fire goat rolls in between. You will be fine.

Ok , I have never used heat but I can try some infra red lamp ?

What do you use ?

For how many minutes should I do firegoat rolls ?

I tried 3x 10 and I do it like that 10 min clamp 10 min rest 10 min clamp

For how long do you wait between the sets ?

With 3x10 I got massive discoloration .

What do you mean by permanent? If you are getting red dots, then it is too long I would say. Even red dots should be avoided. You need to learn your limit and you can condition yourself to go longer with practice and incrementally increasing times.

Red dots are also called peticial hemmroging, sounds worse right.

These may clear up quickly, but are in reality burst blood vessels in the surface skin. These are not the micro tears in the inner tissues your after. While the blood spots may appear to clear up quickly and you can mitigate the effects my using coping mechanisms like Firegoat rolls, the only thing that is happening is you are building up iron in the surface skin which over time causes the pigment to darken.

You do not need to cause yourself trauma to make gains, which is most easily recognized by temporary discoloration, which over time, slowly, almost un-noticeably leads to permanent discoloration.

Like you said, just don’t clamp so hard. Try different intensities to find the ideal pressure.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Solid advice. Unfortunately, you may want to choose another avenue of approach for gains if discoloration is your main concern. Clamping is notorious for it and many people are prone to discoloration from it.

If you insist on keeping at it, I would lower the clamp time to 5 min sets. Start slow. Don’t clamp so hard. Just enough to keep engorgement and edge while you clamp. A proper warm up and heat will definitely help because it relaxes the tissues. I liked to use a hot washcloth between sets.

This is all assuming that you have completed the newbie routine of course?

I don’t clamp anymore because I have found I get carried away and I usually end up with red spots which I am well aware leads to discoloration…

Bonjour jacky1!
Warm up 10 minutes
Then try 2 x 5 minutes first and check.
Do a little massage (1 minutes) between sets.
It is necessary that your penis get used to it step by step.
I do 5 x 5 minutes max.
