just my $.02 : i upgrade the weight gradually on timing (ToshTiming ;) ), for example ; here is a sample routine
4 sets 15 min
(normal hanging day, with 10 min breaks in between, warming your dick each break, of course)
1. .5 kg 15 min
2. 1 kg 15 min
3. 1.5kg 15 min
4. 2.0kg 15 min
next day
(upgrade weights day,with 10 min breaks in between, warming your dick each break, of course)
1.- .5 kg 10 min then put an extra .5 kg for the last 5 min (1kg)
2. 1 kg 10 min then put an extra .5 kg for the last 5 min (1.5kg)
3. 1.5kg 10 min then put an extra .5 kg for the last 5 min ((2kg)
4. 2.0kg 10 min then put an extra .5 kg for the last 5 min (2.5kg)
next day
(upgrade weights day, with 10 min breaks in between, warming your dick each break, of course)
1.- .5 kg 5 min then put an extra .5 kg for the last 10 min (1kg)
2. 1 kg 5 min then put an extra .5 kg for the last 10 min (1.5kg)

4. 2.0kg 5 min then put an extra .5 kg for the last 10 min (2.5kg)

It just a 3 day sample routine, you can upgrade this way in a week instead of 3 days, so your dick get used to the next weight. (1 week hanging x weight, next week upgrading weights, next week hanging x+.5lb weight, next week upgrading weight..and so you go….) when you get to the heavier weights like 13-16lbs, try the upgrade each 2 weeks, got it?
