Greetings everyone. First off I would like to say thank you to whoever got this site going it’s awesome. The testimony of bib, Aristocane, yoyo69 or somethin like that, just speechless don’t know what to say. I am convinced however that if done properly enlargement of anybody is possible. I am done with the newbie routine and have a few questions. My personality is to do things perfect, To have everything analyzed, Then execute a program with perfection. So if more of the experienced people in here wouldn’t mind helpin me out. Would greatly appreciate it.



Question # 1.

Herbs to take that would help with enlargement. I know that penis enlargement pills don’t work, But I do know there are things you can take that *Might* help with your penis recovering and healing up faster. Does pro Solution work? MagnaRX? And is there anything I can buy that has the stuff in it for cheaper? And what does it do? What are different foods and drinks I can take that would help with my overall health of penis.? I am a very firm believer that what you eat/take can have a phenomenal effect on your body.

Question # 2.

When clamping, what should I aim for when clamping? My cock turning colors? Is it bad to do extended clamping sessions? Was told through different articles I read, specifically on aristocane, That his gains came from fatiguing the tunica, then making it enlarge past it’s original state. I just don’t want to injure myself.. What is the maximum amount of time I can clamp without overtraining which would actually hinder my results? Don’t want opinion here want facts. And can you overtrain with clamping? My viewpoint n it, is if you always keep it pumped eventually it will be like that when it’s normal right? I am open to correction, Very open teach me. :)

Question # 3.

Heating devices that I could constantly heat my cock with all through my clamping sessions. I think this is key to getting maximum workout. Where can I buy them?

Oh almost forgot, Right now non-bone-pressed I am 5 6/8 length, 4 6/8 round, That is normal non-pumped. My goal is 7”-1/2 (whatever is possible would love the 7 1/2) to 6+ Girth.

Yeah this site is great and theres allot of wisdom on here from guys that have been doing it a long time.trying searching for things it will answer most things.

1.I take multi vitamins,ginseng,ginkgo,cod liver oil and more just for all round health.

2.Don’t try clamping for a few months iv been PEing for a couple of years and every time I clamp my unit still can’t take to it.

3.Iv always just used a rice sock but theres other guys on her will answer this one better.
For a rice sock though it’s as simple as taking a sock filling it with rice and popping in the microwave for a few minutes.

Rice sock sounds awesome. I think I will get that, I been clamping and I love it. The 1 thing I learned about it though is it’s all about the wrap.. If you don’t have a good wrap your not going to get a good pump, Which is why bib could only go for 10 minutes, And others claim they can’t stay hard. I think today I will go buy some ACE bandage. Any other replies is greatly appreciated. =)

Sorry I forgot to say eating healthy and working out won’t hurt.If you have any bodyfat then losing your fat pad will make your penis look bigger!

Yeah every ones different with clamping.I don’t know if it’s due to me having allot of veins on my penis but what ever pressure or time I do with clamping my dick doesn’t like it.I’m going to concentrate on length for a while,wet jelqs,stretching and I might buy a hanger or ads!I’m also been thinking about Monti’s weights.

#2) When clamping aim for expansion. Always have a measuring tape close by to gauge how well your expansion is going. The point of clamping is to fatigue the tunica so if your not then you really aren’t doing anything. Different people reach tunica fatigue at different times so you’ll have to experiment with the time you stay clamped. Its easy to over train with clamping. I cant tell you the amount of time that will work for you. You’ll have to experiment. Start at 5 minutes or less the first week or start at 5 and add 1 minute a day.

If you want to maximize the effectiveness of your clamping sessions use a pump rather than a heating device.

I don’t recommend pumping before a clamp session though until you have at least done clamping for a month or more.

Actually, I’ve read that vitamins and minerals help PE.

But all you need is found in a daily bowl of total raisin brand or another variation of total cereal.
That’s $5/box, so don’t go buying “MR BIG PE PILLS” or “ANCIENT CHINESE HERBAL SUPPLEMENT”
Because that crap is worthless garbage.
And the vitamins in total cereal only help PE exercises; just using them alone = no growth.


All I want for Christmas is a little EG,

and to correct curvature, which is going well.

I don’t fully understand clamping, though since I need EG and not really any EL,

I’ll probably skip the pump and go for the clamp (when I’m ready of course).

Clamps are more discreet. If someone saw a pump they’d laugh their ass off at me, but if they saw a clamp, they probably wouldn’t jump to the conclusion that it was for PE.

Since English is not my first language, what do you mean tunica fatigue? Means you have to feel something on the shaft?

I used to translate “reaching fatigue” means doing something that my dick feel so tired that can hardly get erect.

You can buy Infrared bulbs at your local Walmart.

When I say tunica fatigue what I mean is that you should clamp long enough each set to have the tunica feel tired. You’ll feel like your dick is tired. This is kind of hard to explain.

It’s just when the tunica has been over stressed.

Kind of like when you’ve done some kind of repetitive motion with a body part and then that part just feels like it doesn’t want to move any more.

I’m sorry I cant think of a better explanation.

I don’t think you have to go until you cant get an erection any more but if that works for you go for it. It does seem though that after each clamping set its harder to get a super hard erection for me.
