So I’ve been using this method of “clamping”, if you will a few times. I just read a thread of someone using a castration band nearly lost his penis.. So, can someone, anyone give me any feedback as I don’t want to injure myself.

If you are familiar with Bibs wrapping method, it’s very similar, just at the base.

I take the underwrap for comfort and then get about 70-80% erect. I then wrap the theraband and around getting tighter watch time. I then push the band down toward my base forcing more blood to the entire shaft. I do this for no more than 10 minutes 3 times a day with at least 30 minutes in between.

I do get red spots that go away within a day or so.

I’m attaching a picture of the material I use - blue sweatshirt and theraband (you can see that it’s folded and that’s how I usually use it).

Trying to gain girth and not hurt myself. Is this a good option or will I hurt myself? I’ve tried traditional clamping and it is just not as comfortable or as easy to control the amount of pressure.

Ps. Done PE on and off for years. Static stretchers, bib hanger, jelqs, and now this wrap clampesque thing.

Yeah, I do push very hard. My concern is the technique.. Don’t want to hurt myself. Does the technique with the theraband sound ok or is it a recipe for disaster

Red spots.. I’ll try and not push as hard. Are they really bad or just a learning curve issue?
