I asked about this too. I think I lost the size in my penis head when I was younger. Same problem, can’t keep it engorged without being highly aroused/kegeling/clamping. Dunno what’s wrong, but I’m gonna try a few minutes of light clamping over the glands to see if I can get it permanent..

Anyone with decent results?

Does kegeling support your erections?I don´t see a real effect on glans hardnesss

For me personally kegeling, gripping the base, pushing down on my ‘exposed’ vein, wearing a cock ring etc keeps my head very engorged.

I have the same problem. I can kegel and clamp blood in there or just before I shoot it gets full, but otherwise with just an erection there’s little blood in there. It’s been like that as long as I can remember. I’m only 18 by the way.

Anyone with some advice or links or news on this subject? I’d like to figure away to keep the glands engorged naturally without using kegeling/rings/clamps. I think most of us don’t have a ED.

I think we suffer from venous leakage.

Lack of tumescence of the glans penis during normal penile erection may represent a handicap to sexual intercourse. The pharmacodynamic spongiosography for the evaluation of venous drainage of the corpus spongiosum is described, demonstrating a pathologic venous outflow. The patient was successfully treated by resection and ligature of the deep dorsal vein. This procedure is simple to perform and could constitute a therapy for this clinical pathologic entity.

Resection and ligature? what does that mean?

I don’t have this problem but I can say in only 6 weeks of basic (and I mean basic) kegels and pumping that my erections are distinctively more healthy - it’s basically rock hard again like I am 16 or something (nearly 30 now)

It’s like my body thinks my dick is bigger than it is, so it’s putting extra blood inside it to fill up the rest of it :)

I have seen my urologist, and he thinks I have venous leak, probabaly congenital. It seems to be in only one spot, because like I think I have said if I press down on a certain vein that sticks out on my penis the head remains engorged. And, using a cock ring it stays engorged. I am getting further tests to see if I am viable for surgery. If I am, I will almost certainly have it done as my urologist seems to think even if it doesn’t work, unless they completely botch it I will be no worse off. Only problem is financial :(

When/ If I have it done I will no doubt report back here with the, hopefully positive results.

Furthermore I want to add I am feeling very positive about this, I mean I am glad I have been checked out…and I do think most who have this problem like Torge said more then likely has some kind of venous leak. But it is promising that if you are young, like me, the chance of success from surgery is much higher…and also the post Torge made regarding that surgery with that patient involved was successful gives a lot of hope too.

I mean I feel all they have got to do is somehow remove, tie off or fix this one vein that I can feel leaking…and then it should be sweet.

Oh…one more thing I don’t see my urologist for a while, but I am wondering if the deep dorsal veins and others go deep into the body? Because I would feel a lot better about surgery if they were to cut into my lower abdomen to treat this, and not the tissue of my penis istelf - this really scares me and I can see how complications could be had from this.

I think what would be most helpful is a referral to the exact procedure name , average cost and known clinics/ doctors that can do the procedure? I myself could stand for more glans inflation. At full arousal before ejaculation it does somewhat inflate fully. I definately want the same as what I can get with a cock ring. Thanks.

Yeah, I know how you feel. I’ve been trying to do some glands jelqing/ very very short period (no more than 10 sec) holding of blood in the glands, through out the day.It seems to be having an effect. I’ll keep trying this daily routine to see how it plays out.

I’m thinking clamping or strong jelqing once you can get to it, might help more.
