Hey all! Was reading up on this thread All Day Cock Ring For Amazing Girth Gains

I’m a few weeks into the newbie routine (did a “restart” following the new year since I was particularly busy during the holidays.) So technically just finished “Week 1” and am moving onto “Week 2” Monday following tomorrow’s rest day.

As of now, I feel “fuller” both erect and flaccid, so no complaints whatsoever :) I’ve also been doing 10-15 x 2sec “JAI” piss pulls when using the bathroom over the past week.

A bit long winded but to my question. After reading through that thread, I thought about wearing a cock ring following my daily workout outlined by the newbie routine, during the “post” warm-wrap and then 5-10 minutes after that perhaps working up to a half hour to an hour after being conditioned (2-3 months down the line), keeping the penis engorged and aiding in growth/recovery in that engorged state.

I know as a “newbie” I wouldn’t want to mess with any sort of ADC as I don’t feel like I’m conditioned for that kind of stress at this point anyways, but wanted to play around with the idea of short-term cock ring (or another clamping device) after the workout, again paired with the warm-wrap or some other form of heat.

Didn’t know if any of the veterans (or anyone in general) had any thoughts on this.

I’ve tried a combination of several techniques and the extended use of a ring is pretty high on my regret list. I was using one post pumping and probably didn’t take it off often enough and developed two vericoles. Was able to resolve with heat, massage etc. But still not pleasant. I would just say if you do it, make sure you regularly get fresh blood in and don’t let it sit too long. Just my experience.

Fair enough. I wasn’t thinking any extended use, maybe a “looser” ring for 15-20 min. Not to stay erect necessarily, just to keep the flaccid engorged a bit longer.

I would definitely start slow and keep an eye on it for the duration that it’s on.

I appreciate the input for sure, and I’m not necessarily sold on it just yet. But may end up giving it a try in a month or so.

Anything that restricts blood flow for long periods without monitoring is risky.

Think of this in terms of tourniquets and treat any device as if it might turn into a tourniquet. 20 minutes is probably the maximum time you should consider.

The intention here is to grow the penis, not amputate it.

Definitely makes sense. After last night’s session and my first full week my dick was pretty tired so even if I wanted to “test” this theory, I’m nowhere near conditioned to do so this at this point.
