I started PE jelquing 3 hs per night everyday for 7 months without days off that lead me to a thrombosis vein which is almost healed and i want to know if my penis is already acclimated and if thrombosis is something that can come back again anytime or its just something that newbies can expercience

When jelqing extends to 3 hours, it’s called masturbating. Trust me, I’ve been there. Keep the sessions short. Plus, you don’t mention how long you’ve been healing. If it’s months, you’re probably good to go again. If it’s days or a couple of weeks, give it more time.

i dont think after all the punishment my penis took 20 mins will do anything but i will aim for no less than 30 mins , the thing is i dont jelq 20 mins straight because i fap whle doing it so 20 mins is like 10 mins of jelq for me , i really feel and see my penis bigger and stronger

Likely how you achieved thrombosis. Jelqing with a near erection. If you want to play with your penis fine. Don’t confuse that with safe PE.

Is it possible to jelq with a large silicoon sleeve on ? im also taking aspirine 100mg each day to prevent thrombosis again
