Some of you may remember me (And hello to all of you!) but for those who do not, here is some brief history.

I have done PE on and off for nearly 8 years, wow how time FLIES. I have spent a lot of time hanging, pumping, and clamping. Hanging allowed me to gain some in the beginning, but it got to a point where it was just a bunch of wasted hours. I also tried other angles.

What I am searching for now, is a healthier, harder dick. I also would like more length. I always wanted to be 8NBP, but being a large guy (I power lift in the 275 class and losing weight would kill my numbers) I would just like to squeeze another .5”-.75” out in length versus losing 10-15 lbs to get the NBP length I already have. Last time I checked I was 8.5 NBP but it does NOT look like it on my body.

I just pulled my ADS out of the closet, and will be pumping with a small tube as well to hopefully apply some pulling force length wise because I do NOT want to sit at the computer for hours hanging again. It is so hard for the wrap to be right, hard to make sure not too much blood is in the head, keeping it soft and not getting an erection etc. It was hell for me, and my recent time spent trying (few months) proved useless.

I have had about 5-6 months off from hanging, so I think my tissues are more pliable. I have been pumping in this time, but not high pressure or often. I have had and continue to have that occasional “hard flaccid” thing. I am getting it worked on (its just tight muscles under the glutes)

So to recap: I was just looking for advice on the best way to do this (gain .75” length). I have a lot of scrotal skin so jelqs are basically pointless. I have a few different size pumps, and a ADS from monkeybar that attaches to my knee. His ADS with the metal rods are way too narrow at the base and it really irritates the base of my dick to the point where it starts burning, so I use the wet suit attachment and barely know it is there. It is enough tension because my tissue feels tight. I just wonder if one hanging set prior to this would make this happen much quicker, but I would prefer to start off really light versus go full boar with weight and exercises like I used to when I was younger.

Any and all advice is truly welcome.

I am an somewhat new hanger and twas wondering if you could help me clarify a few uncertainties i’ve been having… Can you tell me about your hanging experience?Like the pace at which you gained, how much you gained, and the weight you stopped at and other random info? What were your methods to gaining?(your routine).

I just got back from an extended break as well. About exactly the same amount of time actually. I also started powerlifting again. Haven’t competed yet, but it’s nice seeing my lifts get back up there!

I started hanging again and even 3.5 pounds felt like a ton, so I’ll bet your tissues are super deconditioned and ready for some quick growth, regardless of how you choose to go about it. You gonna go small enough on the tube so you can’t expand laterally at all - tube packing, that is?

Dude should try my hanger or a vac type hanger no wrap needed very comfy.

I don’t know if ironaddict will fit in yours or monkeybar’s hangers. His girth is massive. Like a tin can, like one of those big red fireworks from Looney Toons - it actually says Acme down the side of his cock. ;)

Goals: First: 7 1/2 bpel x 5 1/2 mseg ACHIEVED! Current Goal: 7 nbp x 5 3/4 mseg (almost there!)

I’d give marathon pumping a go. It’s how I’ve gained my length. Get a space heater or heating pad to ensure you’ve got constant heat. Use the amount of pressure required to exceed your BPEL while in the tube.

Titleist, what do you mean by “marathon” pumping? Doing a whole bunch of pumping sessions in a row, or doing one extremely long pumping session?

Pumping for 3-4 hours using heat. Sets of 20 minutes. Ensuring your erect each time you go back in the tube.

Wow! That is a LOT of pumping! What pressure do you go up to in one of these marathons? And how often do you do them each week?

Enough pressure to exceed my BPEL. I like to marathon three times a week.

How do you feel about a traction type device? I use the X4. Do you think with your history of PE it would be pointless? I’m pretty new to PE

A lot of people have gained with extenders alone. I haven’t personally, a static stretcher has added to my gains, however. Though a static stretcher does not technically rely on traction.

Give your X4 a shot, if you gain then it works for you. May take a while to see gains though, give it an honest try.
