Hi,

Is there a thread somewhere on this site with simple comparison between routines and the results they produced?

Also, I have read that a British TV show got several guys to pump for 30 minutes every day for 30 days, and they got an average gain of 1”. Is pumping truly that effective?

I can’t think of any thread that compares routines and outcomes. We have the instructional videos, of course, but they just show how things are done.

Each guy responds to PE in his own way and one guy may gain well with pumping and another with jelqing and the opposite might not be true. Starting with the Newbie Routine is the way to go. It usually produces gains for most guys. After you’ve done it for a while you can try other things, but if it is working for you then use it until you reach a plateau.
