A Collection Of Your Pumping Routines
I feel like the pumper’s forum needs a collection of pumping routines so that everyone can share information about the routines that works for them and the DOs and DON’Ts of pumping.
I have just started pumping about a month or so
MY ROUTINES:
5-10 Min of rice sock warm up
10 Min of jelq at 75%
10 Min of pumping at 5HG
10 Min of jelq ( erection level various )
5-10 Min of rice sock warm down ( whatever you want to call it )
I am not sure if this routine is exactly intense enough for me, since haven’t spend no less than an hour of PE since my beginner days. Any sugguestion would be welcome
PS: A process report would also be nice.
EX: 1st Month 10 min of pumping at 5HG
2nd Month 20 min of pumping at 6-7HG
