Completed Three Months Newbie Routine What Should I do next
Hi guys, this is my second post after completed the three months Newbie Routine (this is my 4th month) and I’m not sure if I had gained length or it’s just EQ gains. My current length is 5.6’ BPEL x 4.7’ MEG (4.4 BEG) (before was 4.6’ x 4.4’ I guess).
I’ve developed some Turkey Neck but I don’t really care about it because I’ve managed to keep it under control with proper stretching and jelqing technique (and I understand why three months newbie routine is really important to us, it’s something to learn and gaining informations of my own dick). And the other thing is I have a slight Baseball Bat (how am I going to correct this).
Fyi, I am very dedicated and very serious in PE. No injuries so far, rest when I need to, and very commited when it comes to work out, I never miss at all. I always look for my morning wood and my penis indicator (in case I overtrained). I am cut and I did some manual tugging for my Tukrkey Neck. 10 minutes Edging is the last routine, whenever I edging for about 5 minutes (sometimes I will unpurposely ejaculated a bit because my shaft skin is very sensitive (Its because of the manual tugging)).
For the past month, I’ve noticed that I didn’t gained even a mm. This is my forth month and I have increased the intesity of my stretching and jelqing. I’ve been doing :-
5-7 minutes warm up (hot towel)
3 sets of stretching (was 2 sets for newbie routine before) - it took me about 20-25 minutes to complete this stretching (with space heater)
Forward - 30 secs
Downward - 30 secs
Upward - 30 secs
Left - 30 Secs
Right - 30 Secs
Inverted V A-Stretch - 30 Secs (Just added into my routine)
BTC - 30 Secs
Bundle Strecth - 30 Secs (Just added into my routine)
1-2 minutes warm up (hot towel) + space heater
20 minutes of jelqing (sometimes its hard to control my erection level, but nothing really matter so far as all I need is length)
10 minutes of edging (lately my shaft skin is very sensitive due to manual tugging)
5-7 minutes warm down (hot towel)
I will give it a go for the next 3 months (total of 6 months). I’m really hoping that I will get to 6” or 6.5” BPEL with 5” EG. I need some advice because I don’t see any gain for the past month (last month of the Newbie Routine).
