2 Months Linear Newbie Routine - Feedback?

2 Months Linear Newbie Routine - Feedback?

Hi. I started the linear newbie routine after several months of unstructured PE, taking off a few weeks in between.

Since I had experience jelqing, I started at 50 dry jelqs. I have since worked my way up to this routine:

**2 Days on, 1 Day off**

***Warmup***
Warm shower.
5 Minutes heating pad wrap.

***Exercise***
Stand in front of infrared heating lamp.
1 Minute manual stretching, slowly rotating 360 degrees.
90 Dry Jelqs —- 5 seconds each. 60 to 80% erect. Kegel at end of each. Alternate between several reps overhand and several reps underhand.
90 Wet Jelqs in same way.

***Warmdown***
5 Minutes cock ring (started after 1 month)
5 Minutes heating pad wrap

RESULTS:

PIs (Physiological Indicators) are positive with current routine.
EQ is better. Penis feels “meatier” while both flacid and erect and flacid hang looks thicker even on days off.
EG has not changed, despite the slightly thicker appearance.
EL is inconclusive because I did not measure at start, but appears to have increased slightly.

QUESTION:

What should I do from here? I feel I should have gained in EG especially considering the thicker appearance and feel. Starting to lose faith.

Eight weeks isn’t enough to start losing faith. Additionally, if you didn’t take measurements at the start…how do you know you didn’t gain girth? This isn’t about faith. Just gotta keep better track.

It sounds like you’ve definitely had good results and 2 months in is definitely early to see them. I’d continue with what you’re doing, research some other manual exercises you may like and measure and write it down so you can compare a month or two from now.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Thanks for the reply. To clarify, I measured girth at the start, but not length.

To be a little more specific, I’m just a little confused on how to proceed now that I’m fully entrenched in the linear newbie routine. Fore example:

Do I take time off?
Do I continue to increase the number of jelqs?
What are good supplementary manual exercises for newbies that minimize the risk of injury or overtraining?

Thanks!

Girth takes a while. Patience is the staple in all PE.

Good to know. I read your “Here’s some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started” thread a while back and it helped steer me in the right direction.

Can you suggest a manual exercise? I’m looking for advice on how to branch out of the linear newbie routine.

I cannot directly link the videos page. However, on the main page if you’re surfing on a PC you can see “Penis Enlargement Videos” and I suggest going through them.

There’s close to 20 manual exercises demonstrated in there and honestly, I don’t know what you’ll be most comfortable trying. I do know that I do not recommend clamping or extreme ULI at this stage in your PE journey. But the rest are all worth a shot, depending on how you feel.
