Concerning about ED and Venous Leak

Concerning about ED and Venous Leak

Hello there, recently I saw post from ‘sparkyx’ about defected valves in penis which lead to having problem with maintaining erection, or don’t having erection at all. (Read This First: Warning To Newbies)
This worries me because until now I thought the reason why I ejaculated without erection, was due masturbating too frequently/often for 10 years and that was even before learned about ‘jelqing’ and having surgery to remove phimosis.
While this can explain why I lost erection instantly after stopped stimulating, they’re other things to consideration like : overweight (over 50% my body’s weight is fat), as mentioned before masturbation, and penis injury due of being reckless (After phimosis injury I saw black string outstanding from foreskin [glans covered by foreskin], while I didn’t know how ‘stitches’ looks like, I thought it was string from cloth and I pulled it, it caused to dripping blood, but ignored after that reckless stunt, I have grain sized meat outstanding under meatus).

The question is, should I for this month try to : lost weight, stop masturbate and consume anything what can improve blood flow to check results?
Or should I immediately go visit urologist because even if these things mentioned above were causes, I could still have defected valves?

Thanks for helping and I’m sorry for bad English grammar, I’m even bad on my native language.

The only thing I wonder is why scan pelvic minor instead of penis itself.

The test for valve functionality is a penile doppler ultrasound. Did your urologist discuss this test?

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

No, I don’t remember about that, x months ago he gave me recipe for tadalafil and something else (I forgot) . It worked way than I expected, it even increased 1.5cm in length.

Later at the beginning of this year when I told results and asked about cavernosometry, he gave me referral to CT scan of pelvic minor as a final test.

And when I gave him results last week, he told me that everything is fine and I should go to sexologist.

Assuming that everything is ok with penis, all I need to check if it’s due of obesity and sedentary lifestyle.
