What should I look out for when wearing a vacuum ADS? I started wearing an ADS vacuum and noticed that the tip of my glans starts to itch after a while hanging and the tip of my glans seemed to be misshaped (more coned shape, possibly from the vacuum?) and a bit more rough and hardened. Can anyone give me some tips for wearing a vacuum ADS for the first time?
