Considering a Change to My Routine, Advice Appreciated
Okay, so I’m fairly new to all of this, and admittedly, while the medical support of extension got me into it, I wasn’t sure how much of a change I could realistically expect. However, I’m not even two full months in yet, and my BPFSL seems to have jumped, quite substantially, to 9.25” standing and 9” when lying down. Here’s the thing though, I’m pretty sure my BPEL is going to be lagging behind a bit, which is what I figured Jelqing and hand-clamping could help with. (I.E. keeping the member in a swollen state, so it’ll heal itself larger when erect.)
At the moment, I’ve been doing roughly 4 hours of extending a day, and four hours of hanging, with jelqing and hand clamping interspersed for helping with erect length.
I’m considering buying a cock-ring or a clamp, but this is part of where I’m going to be going into completely foreign territory. I understand hanging and extending, keeping the member in a stretched state to cause micro-tears, or creep deformation of the skin. Clamping though, will likely be quite a bit different.
As for the changes to my routine, I’m thinking about dialing the clamping and hanging back to 3 hours each, with 2 hours of clamping, with a ring, during my workout schedule. I’ll be able to take it off, when my body tells me to, and it’ll help with BPEL I’m pretty sure. (So I’m not planning on going for two straight hours like that.) Any advice or tips on that?
