Current routine
Currently doing bundled stretches under a heat lamp, followed by some relatively light jelqing at 50-70%. Half the time I will jelq with some force but not the whole time.
Also, I’ve read mixed reviews on all day cock rings but I’ve been doing that as well. Just started the BS, but I noticed good solid EQ as well as some solid girth on the first 70~80% of my shaft from it. The bundled stretches seem to have positively affected my length already.
I think I’m going to stick with this. My starting measurements were 6.5BP x 4.8 with bad EQ, and I haven’t measured for a couple months. In a few more months of nothing but this I’ll be posting results and whether or not I attribute them to the current routine. They look promising. That’s all I know for now.
