Damage from reverse kegels?

Damage from reverse kegels?

I have been doing 3 times as many reverse kegels to regular kegels to help cure my PE. But it seems since I’ve started doing all these reverse kegels hat my involuntary contractions have gotten worse, plus I haven’t been getting spontaneous erections like I usually do. Also, when I push out to do a reverse Kegel I feel pain in my pelvic floor, maybe I pushed too hard? Is it possible to do permanent damage to erectile health from reverse kegels?

Good question. I would also like to know the answer to this as well. I have been doing in and off reverse kegels but haven’t noticed any help with them yet. And also a little bit of pain after constantly pushing down.

Please stop asking the same question over and over again, and here is my very good advice.

Just stop doing reverse kegels. Not all exercises are for everyone and since this one doesn’t fit you, just don’t do them any more. Please, STOP.

There is no way you have caused permanent damage.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Do reverse kegels every other day if you are overtraining. Decrease the number of days you regular kegel. You are way too focused on improving erection quality. What good is a super hard dick if you can’t last 1 minute inside a vagina. You can focus on that after you cure the involuntary kegels.
