Hello! I’m new and about to start my journey. I’m prepared for a long term and consistent excercise but I just want to know if I gain in length will it be permanent? Is there anyone here who PE for a long time and suddenly stopped for yr/yrs and still retain the gain?

You should expect some losses after stopping but hopefully not all. Some losses might be related to EQ. The best thing you can do is go over your goals and then do a maintenance routine for a while.

We will often say that PE gains are permanent but what we really mean is that they dont go away immediately when you stop. A penis will naturally reduce in size if it is not being used. So from that aspect gains are not permanent, but gains will reduce with time and inactivity. I have read posts from guys who stopped PE for 10 years and decided to start again. They had lost some of their previous gains, but not all of them, and in some cases they re gained their size fairly quickly.

When someone reaches their target size they generally shift from active PE to a maintenance program to keep their gains. A maintenance program could be once or twice a week activity, for example.

If you consider that the benefits of PE are penile health as well as size gains you may find it easier to think you’ll want to do it for a long time.
