One day on one day off routine

Has anyone tried one day off/one day on routine? If penis is muscle, the rest period for muscle to recover is minmum of 48 hours. I am wondering if it would impact the gains.

The penis is not a muscle.; simply relying on blood pressure to engorge it. But there is no harm in doing one day off one day on penis exercises.

It really depends on the person. Some will do better with it - some will do better doing 5 days on and two days off. - or any variation you care to think of.

I’ve been doing 1 on/1 off since I started 3 weeks ago. Though on my off days I do edging. It’s been going good, I wake up with healthy wood.. We’ll see.

I decided to switch from the 1 on/ 1 off to the 2 on/1 off since it adds another exercise day to the week. The 1 on/1 off was good for starters, since it helped me remember to do the exercises and also help me ease into it.

I jelq EOD.
