Decon break?
Hi everyone
So I have been doing PE since mid October 2017 and have gotten from 6.5 BPEL and 4.5 MEG to around 7 BPEL and 4.8 MEG relatively quick in a few months.
After that I didn’t notice or measure any more gains and after measuring like a month ago I lost 0.1 MEG.
I remeasured today and I’m at 6.7-6.8 BPEL and 4.6-4.7 EG.
Despite introducing daily JAI stretches(4 months ago) and some extra 90s stretches throughout the day nothing seemed to change.
Also my EQ is also not as good as it should be.
Because of that I think I should go on a deconditioning break.
What do you think ?
