Decon Break?
Wanted to get some advice on a Decon break!! Been PE for about a year and 7 months, and mainly via sizegenetics extender as thatβs how I got my first gains, I increased the traction on the extender the last two months and doing more 4 hour sessions but not seeing and solid gains specially as in the first year I was gaining every month. While the extender was a great way to start and brought my first initial gains I feel the progress is slow and also canβt commit to 4 hours plus and really want to now move onto hanging as I feel I can commit to this instead, with potential of quicker results.
My questions are is it now time for a decon break? What is the minimum decon break I can go on? Should you do any sort of conditioning at all while on a break? Also can you go straight into hanging after a decon break?
