Decon Break?

Decon Break?

Wanted to get some advice on a Decon break!! Been PE for about a year and 7 months, and mainly via sizegenetics extender as that’s how I got my first gains, I increased the traction on the extender the last two months and doing more 4 hour sessions but not seeing and solid gains specially as in the first year I was gaining every month. While the extender was a great way to start and brought my first initial gains I feel the progress is slow and also can’t commit to 4 hours plus and really want to now move onto hanging as I feel I can commit to this instead, with potential of quicker results.

My questions are is it now time for a decon break? What is the minimum decon break I can go on? Should you do any sort of conditioning at all while on a break? Also can you go straight into hanging after a decon break?

If you’re completely stalled and nothing else is bringing progress, then it’s time to ask the veterans about what could be the best option.

Nothing PE related, it should be like you never knew about PE. Masturbation or sex is ok during the break.

You will be increasing the chances of another early halt and setting the path to another deconditioning break in the near future.

Hi teb123, I’m just restarting after a decon break of 8 weeks. By what I’ve been told from reliable sources. I’m starting from scratch and easy back into it the same way a newbie would do. My approach is to start again with all the knowledge that I’ve gained from my first year of PE. My dick actually feels the same way that it did before PE. (except with the extra length and girth that I’ve gained from my first year) Basicall what I’ve been told is that you “DO NOTHING” PE related during the break. Stay away from the hanger until you find out were your dick is in regards your workouts. Why not try for those easy newbie gains again without make you dick tough right away? People have told me that it’s like you are starting over again. If this is true I might be reaching my length goal by early next year…

Now: 6-1/2” BPEL X 4-5/8” MSEG

Thank you Lenny and I-beam thing is I’m currently at 5.5” and short goal is 6” and my long term goal is at least 6.5” I should at this point be at at least half way between 5.5” and 6 at least, but just wondering if the decon will aide in getting to 6” rather than maybe changing to hanging at this point without going on a decon break?

To me it sounds like you are ready for a decon break. I’m like you. 3 months passed by without any gains, so I took the summer off. Now I’m back, refreshed and energized to make more gains. I don’t need to see big things happen. I just want to see some marginal changes every month or so.

I have never used an extender, but from what i have read i think that when extending there is not so much need for a decon.
Of course you will not gain every month like your first months.

Also the extender doesnt make the tissues so tough like other methods because of the low tension. For the same reason(low tension) extender require lot of hours to produce gains.

Its better to go on a decon when the gains stop not exactly when they become slower to achieve. Consistency is the key here.

Dj8cut gained 2 inches in 4 years. Another member from another forum gained almost 2.5 inches in 3-4 years. And there are lot of examples of people who made big gains in some years using an extender consistently.

Thank you Gentlepsychopath the extender was definitely a great way to get started in my PE journey and can attribute my first gains to it but like you said it will require a lot of hours to produce gains and I was finding it hard to commit to 4 hours a day as it is, so currently taking a break at the moment but in the meantime I’m definitely looking at a new routine when I return, I do want to try hanging in the next stage of my PE journey!!

I think with PE you have to try fit it with ease into your daily life as I think that will determine how consistent you can be.. Therefore will always look for routines that work well with my everyday life.
