Hey guys hope everyone’s dick pulling is going well haha. So i am hoping to get a decent thread going on deconditioning. For people that are brand new to the forum, deconditioning will probably be one of the best tactics we have for continued gains. If practicing PE long term, You will likely use this tool at some point when you feel it will beneficial. currently i am on a decon due to stalled gains and toughening of my unit. I am almost at the 2 week mark (the theory is 4-6 weeks is sufficient) and have been brainstorming all possible ways to make this decon efficient as possible.

IMPORTANT: These methods i am implementing are not necessary for decon and i am not telling anybody to follow these methods. This is my own decision/experiment to try and help the deconditioning process.

So with all the reading I’ve been doing at thunder’s and other sources i have decided to implement

-vitamin E oil/ capsule 1x each per day
-dmso 1x per day
-nascent iodine 1x per day
-not practicing any PE

This has been my decon routine for the past 11 days so far there has not been too much noticeable improvement except for my skin being very soft. Also improvement in my EQ but this possibly could just be that i was over training for an extended period of time and now my dick is recovering. I will continue this routine for the rest of my decon and report if i feel it was beneficial or not.

I’m not going to go too in depth on what these things do, there is info all over thunders and the internet on the function of these elements and chemicals

I will briefly say that vit E has said to increase skin permeability, soften skin and possibly other tissues such as ligaments

DMSO is mainly used as a transporter to bring other substances beneath the skin. It is said to be extremely efficient. Also said to speed up healing of wounds,muscle and skeletal injuries

Nascent iodine is said to prevent fibrosis. Used in treatment of breast cancer patients to either prevent or break down painful fibrous tissue- i think this can be very beneficial for us. Also said to possibly increase testosterone.

I may also incorporate heat,massage, and a slight extension- no actual tension but just keeping my unit from turtling

I would love for others to contribute about their decons and how they think it has benefitted them.
IE- kick start gains,better “state of dick”, gaining from decon,losing from decon,measurements,methods

Also curious what kind of anti-turtle sleeve people prefer, and where to get them. i’ve heard of a couple of different kinds.

I will also try to look for benefits of heat and massage on relaxing collagen and tissues and report back

So it is apparent to me that i pretty much over trained the majority of 3 or 4 months. Im alittle discouraged because if i had gone lighter and paid more attention to PI’s i think i would have gained more but whos knows and theres no going back. This is 2 weeks i to my decon now im debating on exactly how many weeks i want to take off between 3-6. Unit is starting to feel better but not completely like a newbie. Still have alot of research i want to do. Have a good day everyone

I believe that adequate protein intake helps your cells repair them self faster.

I have been doing aton of reading. Proud of myself for not practicing PE. Ive learned alot and have come to some conclusions for my PE journey. Consistency and do the workouts, most obvious and easiest part. DO NOT OVER TRAIN, stalls gains and just toughens you up. Rest days are very very important, unless hanging. Heat to start and during the workout but make sure to cool in an extended or expanded state which i do believe the cooling part is important.

But i am at a point where most of these things seem kind of obvious… do the workouts, find your frequency,duration,intensity and follow PI’s to encourage growth and if you do that you will gain eventually. Which i can definitely handle and will fine tune to get the most out of it. But….

What is really starting to interest me now is all these possible factors that really encourage growth. Why can some people great incredible and super fast gains?
-genetics?
-body chemistry?
-testosterone/ protein?

So currently im looking into all these factors that may tip the scale in our favor. Things i am looking into and would suggest others too also are

-test levels
-diet
-supplements
-temperature
-collagen/elastin

And also the different theories on how we gain will influence how we train. Im looking into all of this, theres just so much info to read through and so much info to consider. I will update as i go along, next thing is to also create a new/ post newbie routine

17 days in have been doing the dmso and nascent iodine treatment for about 12 out of the 17 days, once a day. Want to step it up to 2 times. Penis appears better in color, erections are good and my penis is starting to become alittle less tough and more flexiable. Im unsure how much the dmso and iodine is contributing to this but from what ive read i only feel like it can help. And at this point im so serious and determined to reach my first goal of 6.25NBPEL and 4.75MSEG i will feel very happy at this size and it will take alot of the pressure off me during sex. Need another .25 length and .25 girth if i can do this in a 3 month cycle when i return ill be so happy. Still currently just reading and relaxing.

Really need to start getting to some conclusions… id really like to talk to some of these vets or big gainers but their not always easy to get ahod of. Tbh thats laziness because theres so much valuable info on here just takes time to sift through. Upon returning focus is on not over training/rest days and maximizing diet,supplements,temperature and horomes and such. Ill check in soon gotta figure out a new routine

hormones and

diet play a big role.

For example, young guys have less chance of injury than older guys, their recovery is faster, why?

because their hormones are crazy, hgh and t levels go through the roof.

Best way to maximize your T levels is by working out and as much as you can: improving your diet.

A good T friendly diet means no processed food,

a lot of fat (monosaturated and saturated but NOT polyunsaturated)

, adequate protein ofcourse and good quality sleep.

Hey killawhite yeah man i agree. Ive been reading alot. Theres acouple posts about DHT where people have seen growth. I mean why wouldnt it make sense? Protein helps rebuild cells and test and HGH play roles in it too, it definitely cant hurt…. im kinda concerned that ive over trained almost every single jelq session ive done and fear that ive limited my gain potential…. can you tell me how long and hard your jelq sessions are?

Hey guys just checkin in. Im 3 weeks into my decon, unsure if im going to do 4 or 6 weeks. I dont feel as though ive really deconditioned to be honest. My penis still feels semi tough. Id think that by now i would have returned to a more soft, relaxed, gummy flaccid but i have not. For some reason i have a feeling overall well being and physical health play a big role in PE and feel like this should be stated in the newbie forum. I think my penis would respond to my workouts better if im hydrated,working out,on a good diet and a good state of mind. I have a feeling that overall health will just help the physiology of penile growth. Im not 100% sure but i think its pretty safe to say that and i have mot been in good mental or physical health for most of my PE journey. Im going to try to incorporate that when i return

Hey guys so im kinda suprised how good i have been so far. No PE and 3 weeks and 4 days in on decon. Have used the dmso and iodine roughly 1x a day 5 days a week. Really not sure if it helped but i figure it probably didnt hurt. If i continue with it over a long period of time i think it would have an effect. I wonder how far the dmso penetrates and if it reaches tunica and erectile tissue. I need to start working out and diet and also create a new routine… im thinking 20 min of stretches in the morning followed by 4 hrs extender then afternoon or evening 10 min jelq w a possible cock ring addition
