Deconditioning Break
Hey all,
My routine consists of manual stretching 3 x a day usually consisting of one long one 20 - 25 minutes, and two shorter ones 10 minutes or so, I stretch 6 or 7 days a week. And Clamping and Jelqing for about a half hour 5 x a week. Having achieved subtle gains in my 9 months back with PEing I’m wondering if this is a good time to take a deconditioning break? I’ve not gained any length in the last 4 months and am wondering if the connective tissue is becoming too firm.
I was thinking about taking a full month off of stretching just very very light stretching to ensure my penis doesn’t retract, and no girth work at all. Just wanted to get your opinions on this, seeing as though I have never taken a brake like this before, thanks for reading.
