Again, what do you base your opinion on? Is it personal experience or from reading someone else’s experience.
The reason I recommended 3 months is based on my experience as I had tried a month and a half decon before, and didn’t get any benefits. While my 3 month has already yielded results within the first week. Do not under-estimate the penis’s tendency to get tough, and just like other parts of the body, the penis will get tough when over worked, specially being stretched right out for almost 2 years.
He has nothing to lose by taking a 3 month break. Worst case scenario he loses .1 - .25 of his length (which I highly doubt, since he has been stretching for 2 years), and if this happens, he will quickly regain it once he starts again. Better to be safe then to restart too early and waste more time.
