Delayed Ejaculation - Jelqing?

Hey guys, I injured myself not too long ago from jelqing too hard. Only did 3 sessions in total, the injury made erections few and far between and WEAK, I’ve recovered (I think), but then again I use Cialis (I did pre-injury as well).

But since the injury I’ve noticed it’s almost impossible to orgasm during sex. I’ve always had that problem a LITTLE, but it’s WAY worse now. I have to jack myself off every time I have sex. Is it possible this could be from the injury? My EQ is also a little weaker than normal even with Cialis.

Any advice?

A few other things:

-my jelqing was really improper technique. I gripped my dick as hard as I could handle. I can’t remember if I got fully hard at some point. I went up to the glans. I had no idea what I was doing. Again, only 3 sessions.
-sex isn’t as pleasurable
-no pain / burning / tingling.. Just purple spots on glans

Reading stuff about nerve damage now. Should I be worried?

Well you may have lost some sensation in your penis.

My advice is give your penis some rest (no sex, masturbation etc)

Also, try checking how your penis works without cialis and of course keep reading in the injury section you may find a better answer than mine.

Cialis can make it harder to orgasm. Also I bet you have some temporary nerve damage. Rest and no pills for a while.

I hurt my back a few years ago and took cialis for a short time. It made ejaculating almost impossible. Also, don’t masturbate, or at least don’t finish, just when you have sex.

Great. So, probably nothing permanent? It would have to be more extreme (numbness/tingling) and all that stuff, right?

It might not become permanent if you lay off of sex and pills.

You might need anywhere from couple of weeks to couple of months.
