Dick bumps discoloration

There are two things that displease me about my dick besides my sides. And that is little bumps that seem to be from hair follicles, and a distinct color change along the shaft caused by jelqing. It’s is not that much different of a color, just it happens distinctly, if you know what I mean. Anyway, is there any creams that get rid of these possibly ingrown hairs or hair follicle bumps and is there anything for the discoloration?

It seems that these bumps can’t be removed with any cream. Only laser surgery could help but then again it came back in some cases. I’ve got them too and I learned to live with them. I still keep the lights off when I receive blowjobs though..
