Do you think it is a good idea to make a dick operation to make my dick bigger instead of doing this PE?

No. Certainly not. I’m definitely no expert, but anybody here will tell you the same. Do a search on it, and you’ll learn all about it.

Aside from the very real risks of having any kind of operation done, (infection, slip of the scalpel, anesthetic related IQ loss, etc.), penis enlargement surgery has a very poor track record. It has a high rate of post surgery complications sometimes requiring further cutting to try and fix. Some guys end up with a smaller unit or even an unusable one.

There are multiple threads on here about surgical horror stories. Stick to a newbie routine and you’ll get gains beyond what you’d expect.

Ditto, it’s better to have a functional five than a permanently soft ten. It’s too much money and unecessary risk for minimum payoff. Try reading through the chemical PE threads if you want to go the more medical route. Stagestop’s program sounds like time and money well spent.

According to me having a penile enhancement surgery is a bit like gambling. You either gain or lose.

Do it only if you are really desperate.

Oh, and those fat grafts they use for girth make the guys penises look like some grub they’d feed a “Fear Factor” contestant. I’m sure the site of that would hardly make your girl cream her pants.

I have to say, there are times when I come to the conclusion that operation is the last step to go.however, given it’s track record and not being mainstream enough, I still don’t think modern medicine has perfected the surgury.

Maybe in our life time and urologist will come up with a method.but for now I don’t think it’s worth even trying.

Because your dick is a terrible thing to waste.
