Did I suffer any injury to the penis ?
I started practicing PE exactly 3 months ago, and during the last few weeks something strange happened, first of all I will explain how my routine was going:
5-10 minutes warmup using sock with rice or shower with VERY hot water.
5 minutes of stretching (Forward / Left / Up / Right / Down, 30 seconds each, that is, totaling 2 series of 30 seconds for each side totaling 5 minutes).
7 minutes jelquing on average (2-3 seconds per movement, alternating hands every 75 movements for example, usually I ended the session with 150 movements, that is, 75 in the right hand and 75 in the left)
5-10 minutes warmdown with sock with rice or hot shower.
50 kegels after the session, there were days when I used slow contraction (from 3 to 5 seconds), and sometimes I used fast contractions (1 to 2 seconds).
I have always followed this routine, I have an active sex life(I have girlfriend), but for a while (around 2 weeks), something strange happened in my penis, it manages to be 100% erect (whether with stimulation or without, for example, I date) , but I already put a porn video just to test if the erection was normal, and the penis really remained erect normally), but I kind of can’t feel that nerve when the penis is hard (you know when that “wink” with the anus , and the penis moves voluntarily, you can kind of feel that nerve (hard) as if it were in the body / neck of the penis), the sensitivity of the glans remains normal, I’m just not feeling this sensation that was just described, of the nerve / body “stiff” when the penis is erect (remembering that I can keep my penis erect, sometimes the erection also seems to last less if I don’t continue with the stimulus, but it always reaches 100%), this is a sign of overtraining or some possible injury to the PC / Nerve muscle of the penis ?? What can I do about it ??
Observations: On the days I usually have sex on weekends, I don’t practice PE (I’m usually following the routine practicing Monday, Tuesday and Thursday).
