Did this happen to your glans aswell?

Hello brothers! Since beginning PE i noticed the texture of the skin on my glans has changed. When being almost fully erect my glans look sort of wrinkly and cracked. When i am fully erect and kegeling, the glans fills out with blood and the wrinkles disappear. I think this was caused by stretching the glans out of it´s natural capacity while jelqing. I do not like this, as i feel my glans before PE was always shiny and smooth, despite being semi erect or flaccid or rock hard.

Also, my glans feels pretty dry sometimes, like the natural lube-system sometimes just shuts down - to combat this i often apply coconut oil which works very well.

I stopped PE for about 5 months and it didn´t really go back to it´s natural state. Anyone else has this? Or any suggestions on what to do?

For the last 6 months it´s only coconut oil, before it was baby oil.

Maybe try some anti-wrinkle cream after your workouts, and before going to sleep?

Yeah it either happened to me too or either it was like this my whole life and only now i noticed.

This always happens to me. Whenever I do PE, my flaccid hang increases, The foreskin doesn’t cover the entire glans anymore and so the glans dries out and starts getting cracks and wrinkles. As you have already mentioned, moisturization is the key to keeping it smooth an shiny.

Is it cracked (e.g. reskinning) or just a little bit wrinkly from not being fully engorged?

Personally I have this as well, if I understand you correctly your glans looks a bit like how the skin looks on your knuckles: when you make a fist the skin is taut, when you open your hand the skin becomes ‘wrinkled’.
I think it’s quite normal and nothing to worry about. You could always go to a doctor if you are unsure.

The other suggestion would be not to apply anything to your glans and let the natural lubricant start flowing again.

I got the same wrinkly cracked skin on the glans by using vacuum hanger. The cap was to big so the glans expanded too much inside overstretching the skin.

You got this condition only by jelqing?
