Difficulty getting started with exercises
Hi. I’m starting PE this year and have learn much about it in the last days. I always masturbated since my 13 years and never have stopped for a long time. Since I’m with anxiety problems, I realize how my “masturbation routine” is linked to my anxiety and I’ll try to “nofap” for my therapy. The problem is: I’m trying to start PE exercises but I get horny and its hard to keep flaccid for stretching and this things. How I started PE 2 days ago, I did a few seconds of exercises because I’m still learn how to to the exercises. Has anyone ever experienced this? Its normal to be horny in the beginning of exercises and should I try keep doing and hope to lose the erection during the time?
