Put it this way, they don’t get worse— and like most ‘fitness’ routines, the results stabilize but requires less work to maintain.
The real benefit is for the older gents who find that they improve their penile health to the baseline of their late teens/ early twenties, which IMHO is the gold standard that barring a medical issue at that age cannot be improved upon.
