Do heating electric massagers help gains

Just curious if a vibrating heated electric massager will ad PE gains? Since it’s increasing bloodflow?

It would only help gains if you do some exercise following the heating. I doubt if the massage would actually cause gains. You might find some gain if you stretch whilst using the massager and heat.
But more likely it would help give you a better hang for the day.

A simple trial will tell you more.
